Angels Don't Have Sex

Hello, my name is Roger and I wanted to say that I enjoyed your article regarding the Nephilim and the deceitful teaching that has occurred when the holy scriptures are not taken into context.

I should tell you that at one time I believed the sons of God in Genesis 6 were fallen angels. In spite of the fact that I knew that Jesus clearly teaches that marriage ( and thus by logical conclusion, the sex act ) does not take place with angelic beings ( Matthew 22:29-30 and Mark 12:24-25 ).

So I was one of the deluded. Fortunately, the Lord brought to my attention a podcast on this matter that helped correct my thinking and therefore I wanted to share it with you folks at SmokeScreenDesign.

The podcast is titled, Cathy Burns on the Nephilims, and is located at this website, website doesnt exist. Scroll down the page to the 4-17-2008 date and you can play the interview. Cathy goes into a lot of detail as to the misinformation regarding this matter of Nephilim and shows why the sons of God in Genesis 6 are simply flesh and blood men of God and not angelic beings.

I thought you folks might enjoy the info and so I wanted to send it to you.

Both Mark 12:24-25 and Matthew 22:29-30 mention the resurrection of believers and the ANGELS of HEAVEN. The verses above are clearly speaking of holy angels and Christians in heaven not fallen angels on earth. The angels who left their first estate are clearly fallen angels who have rebelled and are reserved for judgement and are not as the text says angels of heaven any longer. No where does this text mention that fallen angels do not or cannot have sex.

Yes that is a good point but you didn't tell us in the Bible where that happened. Also, if they appeared and ate, that doesn't mean they can have or even want sex.

Yes but in the bible i believe 3the anngels aeared and ate. In order to eat they would have to bbe able to take human form which means??
