Today I checked my pay check, and the company I work for accepted my WITHHOLDING EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE BY AFFIDAVIT.

They are no longer taking taxes out of my paycheck. The company I work for is a very large international corporation and I thought they would reject it.

Some people use the W-0 form but I don't recommend it. Many companies flag this form as a tax scam. You need the law to back you and the law allows for a WITHHOLDING EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE BY AFFIDAVIT.

For now on, I will no longer file and pay income taxes. I'm not required to do so and I will continue this process so that they can't come back and say that I am required to.
